Your game stays on your device.

Information We Collect

Hit the Mark does not collect, store, or transmit personal information. There are no accounts, sign-up screens, or logins. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

Game progress — stars, unlocked levels, dart types, settings, and custom editor content — is saved locally on your device using standard on-device storage.

Camera, Microphone & Photo Library

The level editor may ask permission to use your camera, microphone, or photo library so you can capture or import a custom background image. These features are optional, only run when you choose to use them, and any media you select stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers because we do not operate any.

How We Use Information

Because we do not collect information, there is nothing for us to use, analyze, profile, share, or sell. Every feature runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad.

Data Storage

All progress and preferences are stored locally in the app's private space on your device. There is no cloud sync, no remote backup, and no transfer to external servers. You can erase all progress at any time from Settings → Reset Progress.

Third-Party Services

Hit the Mark includes no third-party analytics, advertising networks, social SDKs, or embedded trackers. The app is fully free with no in-app purchases.

Data Security

Your information never travels over a network. Data is protected by your device's own security features and remains under your control.

Children's Privacy

The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data is gathered from any user, the app aligns with COPPA and similar standards.

Your Control

You can reset all game progress from the in-app Settings screen. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all associated local data from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect app improvements or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Our core commitment — no collection, no transmission, fully local — will not change.
